Dog hair is missing?

My dog is missing hair above both of her legs, and she looks pink (cause she dosnt have hair, well she has hair but less than other parts of her body), so i took her to the vet and they blood tested hair ans she came out perfect so the vets couldnt tell me anything :| why is she missing hair there?

and another question, its about my other dog in case u ask, when i take her to vet and they bath him his hair looks all like fuffy and idk how to explain it its like, all fluffy but when i bath him he doesnt look like that :| what can i do to make him "fuffy", i blow dry his hair and brush it but it doesnt work :

Dog hair is missing?

|ok I can answer the second question about the fluffiness, but I don't know about the other one except to look for a cream that can help grow the hair back.

The vet uses a very powerful dryer. Our normal hair dryers take what seems like forever to dry the dog. The dryers at the vet have nice powerful ones, and there are different nozzles they use depending on the dog's hair (Flat nozzle for poodles, bichons, shave downs and short haired dogs, medium round for semi long hair and then the wide round nozzle for very long haired dogs). The vet probably uses the flat nozzle.

If you want that fluffiness and since I'm sure you don't have one of those dryers, towel dry him first, then blow the fur out a little, then brush it (it'll separate the hair). Then continue to blow dry him out while you brush him. Work in sections on the body and the head. Now when you get to the ears be careful it's really easy to knot them up. Angle the dryer with the hair growth (down) and brush as needed.

When he's dry and you want to brush him, again work in sections and brush against the hair growth. Use the pin brushes and a comb on the ears and extra fluffiness if you want.

Good luck, hope all goes well!

Dog hair is missing?

your dog with the missing hair probably has allergies and has been itching it off. talk to your vet about giving it allergy capsules.
