Styles for frizzy and damaged hair?

my hair is very long and thin and as it grows so quickly i get split ends a lot which is why, no matter how much i brush or straighten my hair, it gets all over the place especially in this windy weather! it's really bushy and frizzy and i'm sick of having my hair tied up in a ponytail all the time. I've tried cutting it sometimes but it just makes it worse and like i said, my hair grows very quickly.

You need a deep conditioner! Leave it on one day when you are just laying around. Put a shower cap over it and blow dry to get heat. Then use Frizz Ease serum and Chi Flat Iron!

cut it about 2 inches off the shoulder, that will make it look fuller, do not die it, it will break it even more, try not to straighten your hair more than once a week, get some damage control shampoo, conditioner, and leave in treatment....do not brush it when it is wet, use a wide toothed comb instead. also, you could get a moisturizing shampoo or conditioner...

Get some smoothing hair products or moose. Trim your hair once a month on the bottem - a good 1/2 inch or so, because this will take away the split ends. Blow dry your hair with a brush to style it and use a LOt of product in it to smoothen it! Hope this helps.

I suffer from frizzy hair. It was so frizzy that I used to have to tied it up aswel. But then 2 years ago it started going curly. So I decided to put mousse in it and it actually made my hair curly with no frizz. But then I done a stupid thing and got my hair relaxed. It didnt work and now my hair is frizzy again and not straight. But I would advise you to try mousse and see if your hair starts to curl. If it does just look after them. And your hair will become curlier. Or if curly hair isnt your thing, straighten it with some good flat irons. Only after you dry your hair naturally, this way it doesnt damage your hair that much.

Use a shampoo and condition for damaged hair. This will infuse moisture and help smooth the cuticle.

Get a good hair cut to get rid of all of the damaged hair. Get your hair trimmed every few weeks, even if it is only a 1/4". This will keep the ends neat and get rid of the damage.

Try to avoid straightening your hair or blow-drying it on high heat. The heat is actually frying your hair and causing it to frizz more. Try using a cooler setting.

When you tie your hair back make sure you use a holder that doesn't have any rubber exposed. Using rubber bands can damage your hair more.

I love "KMS California: Flat Out- Hot Press Spray". They have a few items but this is my favorite. After you wash your hair comb it and towel dry it. Once your hair is just damp, spray one or two sprays on your brush and brush through your hair. Then dry it the rest of the way. It is really light, has a nice fragrance, and tames those frizzes. It helps even when your hair is dry.
