Just to put it out there - if you are bulimic or anorexic (I'm not saying you are, but it is not as if you are going to put it out there in your question if you are) that could be the reason your hair is falling out. Hair needs nutrients just like the rest of your body.

Use like an olive oil hair conditioner or something.

I heard it works!

have you changed your diet or dyed your hair alot cause these would both make you lose your hair. but i can remember being about 14 or 15 and losing alot of hair just like that and my doctor telling me that it was hormonal. when you go through puberty and your hormones change you can lose hair. but i felt like i was losing so much and then it just stopped shedding. Now its full and thick so you shouldn't worry.

if you straighten your hair daily, stop straightening it and don't wash it for 1 day and so fourth and buy a shampoo and conditioner which protects your hair.

Same with me but i tried showering less like only 2 or 3 times a week (every other day) %26amp; try not to damage your hair so much by adding heat or chemicals. Also, if you tie your hair back a lot try not to because that just makes it worse (it pulls out hair more) so just tie your hair loose and maybe even in a bun. You should also cut your hair often to keep it healthy. If you still shed then ask your hair stylist what's wrong.

make sure your diet is healthy and don't use any chemical processes. heavy oils will add weight and pull on your hair roots. get plenty of protein in your diet and drinks lots of water. avoid harsh and drying hair products - use natural products as much as possible. there's a very good hair growth program and products at www.precioushue.biz

Don't stress! Chances are, your recent occurrence isn't abnormal. It is most likely because of stress, medication, recent surgery (if applicable), hair treatments, or change in diet. If you are losing more hair than normal, this will pass.... and if it doesn't, you should talk to your doctor.

Most of the time, hair loss during the teen years is temporary. With temporary hair loss, the hair usually grows back after the problem that causes it is corrected.

Our hair is made of a type of protein called keratin. A single hair consists of a hair shaft (the part that shows), a root below the skin, and a follicle, from which the hair root grows. At the lower end of the follicle is the hair bulb, where the hair's color pigment, or melanin, is produced.

Most people lose about 50 to 100 head hairs a day. These hairs are replaced 閳?they grow back in the same follicle on your head. This amount of hair loss is totally normal and no cause for worry.
