malnutrition - you are starving your body and its its not getting enough nutrients - protein, healthy fats, carbs.

Not eating healthy will cause it.

Also stress will cause it, too.

It is normal to lose up to 100 hairs a day.

dont dye your hair anymore and switch your shampoo if you use head n shoulders or pantene then that could be why. switch... it should help!!

if youre bathing with hot water then stop. hot water causes hair to fall. Warm water is fine. And you mentioned of dyeing your hair alot, the aftermath effects are now showing. Also try changing your shampoo %26amp; conditioner, might also be falling because of that.

Take a multivitamin with zinc and selenium in it and be careful about how much traction you put on your hair when you are brushing and styling your hair. If it continues get someone to check your thyroid function as if it is underactive you can have hair loss.

You are right to be concerned, because this is not normal. Hair loss can be caused by stress, disease or vitamin deficiency.

When the underlying cause is corrected, the hair often grows back, so it would be a good idea to go to the doctor, who can hopefully figure out what's going on and treat it.

Good luck!
