Why do women put peroxide in their hair when they cannot look after it?

It gets all dry and like a straw head blonde. Why do they blonde their hair and have it long and not even brush it. Well maintanined hair is so much nicer. I like women with shorter well maintained hair than straw heads with long hair

There are some girls/women out their that can pull of peroxide bleach blonde hair and look stunning (mostly short hair, as its less damaged).

And they look after it.

I know a lot of people who are like that.

Not everyone wants to have their natural hair colour which is fine. I understand.

Its all up to the individual.

If they're going to bleach their hair, they should know what to expect when looking after it.
