Shampoo to make my hair stop shedding!?

everytime i get out of the shower and brush my hair, i have like a handful of hair that comes out, not only is it disgusting, its depressing. what is a very good shampoo/conditioner i can use to make it stop! i feel like i've tried everything, and nothing works!

Actually, your hair falling out could be caused by a number of reasons. If you are not eating a balanced diet, your body can actually "shed" hair, so to speak, by falling out in the shower, brushing, etc...

It's completely normal to lose a bit of hair when brushing and showering. If your hair is truly falling out by the handful or on large clumps, I recommend seeking a doctor! Or re-evaluating your diet.

As far as hair care product recommendations, I suggest using Redken products. They are a little bit more expensive than your typical grocery store product, but they are amazing. As is the Pureology (organic) brand.
