i have the same problem, but a few days ago i went back to garnier fructis lengthing %26amp; strengithing [green bottle, blue label] and ive noticed the diffrence, it doesnt fall out as easy.

well it really depends on how many you are losing at a time...I used to lose more than I do now and the I started use trese ma and I am now only losing the maximum of 2 starnds of hair per brushing and showering...all that you have to remember is that no matter what you WILL lose about 100 stands of hair a day just like everybody else!!

i dont know about products, but if you wear your hair too tight in a ponytail that will cause it to fall out

I had the same prob. I started using the Garnier Fructis Shampoo that the girl above is talking about and it makes a big difference.

i used to have that problem...try using shampoos that strengthen hair...also if u use a lot of other hair products such as gel, and other chemicals try cutting back on some of them....that worked for me...good luck:)
