well my hair is about shoulder length, just straight no layers or anything, no bangs, and the color is like dark blonde, almost a really light brown. My hair grows at a slow rate, but i want it long-ish...But short might look cute, just not like a boys cut. I want it so i can still put in a ponytail. How would that look? I have fair-light skin, and blue eyes.

I think i want it layered, like how all the girls can brush their hair back. I just want it too look really amazing.

Layers would look really cute if you don't have fine/thin hair. Also if you think you can upkeep it everyday, you will have to use products to piece them individually. If you are looking for a really cute hair style, I think you should try growing it out. Golden brown is a cute color, and will def bring out your eyes.

To make your hair grow longer: In the shower, run your scalp and hair under hot water. Then quickly turn it to ice cold and soak your head. It really makes it grow faster without as many split ends.

Try a golden blond. I have almost the exact same features and I get compliments ALL the time on the color. For a style, get it layered with a-2-inch-above-the-chin bangs. Make sure the layers aren't too short or it looks freaky. But make sure that they are longer than the bangs.
