the best way to use the non- heat curlers is to take a shower and wash your hair and then while it is still wet put the curlers in and then leave them in over-night. in the morning they will be bouncy curls and your hair will be completly dry.

Both ways would work... but from my own experience, you should blow dry your hair, roll you hair, then hair spray and blowdry. Use a curling iron for touch ups when you take your hair down.

i think it is better to curl it when it is dry, because either way it is going to get dry at one point. but i also think it is safer to do it when it is dry. but it also depends if there is emergency if your late for something.

Set them in wet hair and leave them until it dries. You'll get a tighter, longer lasting curl. Setting non-heated rollers in dry hair is likely to do nothing but waste your time. :)

after washing hair work the gel and or pomade that works right with your hair,preferably extra strenght in, make sure your hair is damp and not wet, put the curlers in section by section and if you can sleep with them in, keep them in over night...covered(causes less frizz), and if ur hair is still damp when you wake up, blow dry...since u have naturally straight hair use hair spray b4 u blow dry and after and try not to fuss with the curls to much.

Wet! While it's wet your hair is more able to be shaped into whatever style you want. Start with wet (but not soaking wet) hair, smooth some mousse or a texturizing product through your hair, put the curlers in, then sit under a dryer if you have access to one or sleep with them in if you can. Hairspray's not necessary before, and if you use it while the hair is wet it will be crunchy when it dries. I'd put it on after your hair dries but *before* you take out the rollers.

it depends how long your hair is. my hair is really long so when my hair is still wet when i put them into curlers, the ends won't dry no matter how long i leave the curlers in (because that part isn't exposed to the air).

if your hair is long like mine, i would dry your hair, then slightly moisten it (i prefer just some leave-in conditioner spritz, but mousse works too) and in the morning, your hair will definitely be dry.

it really depends on how long you have to get your hair curly, if you have all day, then you should make sure your hair is wet/damp then you should put a LITTLE bit of mousse in your hair. then put in the curlers. to make your hair dry faster you can lightly use a blow dryer against your hair, while the curlers are still in. put the hairspray in LAST because it will hold the curls, but don't over do it or your curls will have a noticeably bad texture.

When the hair is wet it will be easier to put rollers in. Make sure when you take them out the hair is 100% dry or the hair will want to dry its normal straight state. Hair left to dry around the roller is the longest the hair will keep its curl, use a haridryer to quicken the drying. If your hair is resistant always use tongs at the end of styling.

So mousse hair, put rollers in, wait to dry, use a hairdryer on a low heat and low blast to quicken, then style after with hairspray etc

They are comfy to sleep in and work great. You will want to probably have water in your hair if you want it to work well.
