i am 23 male. I have long hair, but not very long. When i brush up my hair or wash them, my hair brokes very much. plz give some suitable suggestion.

I had this problem before. you might need to change your shampoo to something with more nutrients for your hair. also will need to get some good conditioner (maybe some leave in). this stuff may cost more, but its worth it. your hair might be extremly dry, (depending on where you live) or thin. sometimes you have to spend more money, and go to a salon to see someone who can help strenghten your hair, if that doesn't work.
