My hair fall easily either when i brush them or when i wash them...what should i do to prevent that???
Does egg help against falling hair??
I used to have this problem. Now my condition is better. I have thicker hair.
Oil ur hair with coconut oil. Warm the oil massage into ur scalp. Keep it overnight. Next day, make a hair pack of eggs and curd. Mix it well, apply to hair. Keep for an hour.
Wash off with mild shampoo and conditioner.
Take milk everyday. Also eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and lots of fluid. An iron tablet will also help the situation.
Be patient, do not be dismayed when you don't see results. It takes more time for the results to be out. Be consistent.
All the best!!!! Do try out and let me know wheher it works

Does egg help against falling hair??
Hair loss is some times a symptom of tightly closed hair folacals. Shampoos tend to remove oils and close pours furthering this process. I have the only full head of hair in my family. It is lush and thick.
My system for hair health is to rinse thoughorly with very hot water to remove any excess oils on the hair but not use shampoos but for once a week. Also I make sure when I eat foods with oils in them they are not the super heated kinds, for the temp of the water needs to be near the temp the oils were cooked at to loosen them significantly so, pepperoni pizza is off the menu!
Eating these will defiantly incur a good shampoo wash which tightens the pours and folacals around the hairs root and blocking the needed blood and nutrients from getting to where they are needed.
The amount of oil that you are likely to get in the 1st few weeks is a turn of from this method but, once you get a few weeks in to it the amount of oil will recede instead of your hairline.
Also this is a natural way for the body to dispose of fatty oils that have a number of bad effects on the body including heart attacks and high blood pressure and this will reduce those risks as well. When the pours on the scalp are closed this system of the body has no exit and instead the cholesterals in these oils build up in the body over time.
